Well I see people saying he broke her leg he didn’t he just casted a spell that whenever she is walking she will feel painful stabbing in her foot so she basically can’t walk until he removes it. Then the ending (spoiler for the end) is basically them living as a “family” id say. she is on wheelchair the ml took her as a wife and Svanhild calls her mom and everything. basically the ml said he would die a day after she dies to make sure they’ll always be together and that she always stays in the mansion and that’s why it’s called the swan’s grave because she will die there
