There's no rape in this yaoi (what a rarity! :) It came pretty close in the last chapter; but Miyuu stopped when Hayasaka fainted, and the latter never actually did anything to the kids he tutored (from what I could tell he just did some heavy petting - which is still unacceptable though, of course).
So if you like smut but you're turned off by rape, this really is a perfect manga!
P. S. I think I misspoke - I just looked up "heavy petting;" and I just meant that he was rubbing them, not fondling them (as in on Miyuu's stomach on pg. 6, not full-out groping them!) - so as long as they aren't perverted people on the inside (like Miyuu), the kids'll probably be okay in the long run (fingers crossed!).
