Yeah, another pathetic character designs here, obviously no sense, no logic, everything to add more angst and sex scenes, gosh, I'm so done with these typical BL trops in series, another pushover bottom who is going from one to another, idiotic angst moments just as an excuse to give more smut... I need more logical series with actual storytelling and plotting, but mostly all we get is more like a porn - senseless and plotless
Wow, the writing on this bl is very impressive. Very focused on the aspects that come into one’s sexual desire including that of the BDSM/ S&M relationship dynamics. I’m not going to lie it was a little confusing to understand the portrayal of the characters and their perspectives about each other (main couple) that the author was trying to convey. But it does piece together after half the story. At first I had an idea of what the complexity and its depth was going to be about but it would always keep becoming more profound, honestly catching me off guard since most story’s, especially BL’s have only been pretty surface level. While one of the subplots was about the reciprocal relationship in bdsm it also dwells about the emotional side of being in a relationship and learning about one’s self while growing closer with your partner, the emotional maturity that comes without their necessarily being any physical intimacy. there’s a lot of complexity involved that makes this a very good read, yes it can get frustrating sometimes but I think that is what makes the story more interesting to understand. Also I like how there wasn’t any SA to add “intensity” to the plot or the typical Uke and seme stereotype were one of them mean and toxic while the other is a pushover
