Mind you this is just concept art of an adult m2 that is scrapped in the main story and is now shown as a bonus. So it’s highly definite that the m2 we see in the main story will stay as a child. M2 (as in the adult) was originally going to be apart of the main story and wasn’t going to be depicted as a child. Meanwhile the entirety of the story/plotline is about exploitation of what once were humans now turned hybrids that are now being used as livestock. So it’s quite hypocritical on overlooking the main themes of the story while getting upset over what is bonus/concept art.
