I thought you were all exaggerating but mc proportions are honestly disturbing and it's sad bc the plot looked promising

I'm at chapter 20 and ml went through something really traumatic but what I don't get is: his father forced him to watch sexual intercourse between him and betas or omegas? Bc if they were betas it would explain why he hates so much sex with betas, if they were omega it would explain why he puked but in that case he should hate sex but from what he said to mc he was in relationships with omega women.
Severe trauma on both parts but I still think that 7 years of living as a fake couple without never getting a proper talk about all of it is a bit too much

His parents didn't have a good marriage and while his father was known for his fucked up behaviour his grandfather doted on him as the "eldest (favored) son" and basically gave him a free pass to do whatever. However, before that point he had never really done anything as fucked up as that. His dad got high, tied him up for 10+ hours, and eventually Yeon-oh threw up and passed out after screaming for hours to be let free. When the grandfather found out he was furious and pretty much cut off the son. But around this time Yeon-oh also found out that his mother was ALSO having an affair with a beta male so it compounded his hate for them.
He HAS had relationships with female omegas. That's pretty much the limit of his dating experience.
He DOES explain later why he vomited when he confessed to him, and it does tie in with what happened with his father, but that's way in the future. But he also never talked to Gi-Hyeon about what his father did to him, and Gi-Hyeon moved away around that time. So even if he would have opened up eventually he never got the chance to. They were separated until meeting again a few years later in school.
Thank you, I welcome spoilers. That shitty father really messed up with him, putting your child through that, fucking psychopath. I get that maybe when he discovered he "cheated" he felt alike to his parents that he loathes, that maybe triggered his trauma and caused him to puke

I'm sorry but it's too convenient having mc go under this big change. It would have been better in my opinion for ml to overcome his prejudice bc when you are in love with some it shouldn't matter his trait. But no now ml dick gets up bc mc has turned into what is socially acceptable and it's to easy. I can't come to like this development. What I feel is that he never really wholly loved him, it was just platonic and it wouldn't have changed, it was mc that have to change to be sexually accepted as a partner and it breaks my heart
I haven't read it all, so I still hope in some miracolous development. I guess it hurts so much bc it triggers some real life trauma. I still want to know what happens next, still rooting for mc happiness
