After recovering Piano, the former LEOM/Onaip guide. The guild members are stuck in the US because of the guiding amplifier, planned to hire an S-rank guide for the device for an experimentation to enhance guiding abilities to S for lower ranks and SS to already S-ranks. Andante interviewed this S-rank girl (forgot her name (￣∇￣")) and she negotiated to be a member of the guild but Andante doesn't want that and insist the guild is 8 members only but she was compatible with the experiment so he lets him under a time limit and to never let Hyseop meet her. (At this point he realized he is reeeally head over heels for Hyeseop (≧∀≦)).

ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ) told Hyeseop of the news of the rumored Onaip 'guide' that wasn't Hyeseop and told Hyseop things that 1 S-rank guide isn't enough for a guild of only S-ranks let alone a powerful SS-rank like Andante. The news devastated Hyeseop and felt betrayed; he was already doubting Andante's feelings for him (from the 1st guiding sesh), the news that Piano was a former lover of Andante (he isn't, that'll be incest they are brothers but Hyeseop doesn't know that), and this new guide put a cherry on the top.

When Onaip came back, Hyeseop was already a spiraling mess inside, he was afraid if he ask they'd only confirm his fears and just really self-decrepating he wasn't enough, Andante doesn't really have feelings for him, he was getting replaced, he wasn't needed; just very deep spiral mess that you just want to hug

So Hyeseop was contemplating to leave the guild since he was getting depressed and the misunderstanding got a lot deeper when Andante was withhelding the experiment from him since he knew Hyeseop has a low self-esteem. Then the guildmates told Andante that the new guide was waiting in the guild and he knew Hyeseop routinely waits there early than everyone, Andate was nervous that the new guide would be mean and a vitch to Hyeseop later to find out it was the complete opposite. They were getting along, chatting, laughing that Andante was a bit jealous then he felt more unease towards Hyeseop, like there's something wrong but Hyeseop would only say he's fine there's nothing wrong. BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG.

The two spent a steamy night together but only for Hyeseop it was his last night to spend with his 'pretend' lover, one last kiss before he leaves. He left Andante, went home, packs up, leaves a resignation, board a train to the countryside, forgot his phone on the table and everything just went to shiiiiiii—

Then here's the part where you have to brace yourselves cause I was bawling my eyes out and raging for Hyeseop, his past revealed. After this is the start of the chasing arc. ╥﹏╥
