Yeongwon has very low self-esteem, to the point where she believes she is undeserving of love and fails to take care of herself. Seunji questioning her helps her realize that the people around her are the ones who failed her. So even though I can't forgive Seunji for what she did, if she helps Yeongwon grow into confident and happier version of herself then I hope they stay together.
