Im looking for a BL manga that's similar to 50 first dates. I vaguely remember but here goes. They were in high school, MC is in the hospital and everyday his memory would reset to a certain point and he has a diary. ML would visit him everyday but iirc he became mentally tired, his friends suggested it wont hurt not to visit him for sometime and he did. To MC it was important but due to this, in MC's diary it said its good to let ML go cause it'll be just painful for the both of them. The ending was MC was looking at a calendar, winter time, ML was calling and saying he passed his uni entrance exam.

It's about a guy suddenly getting a flat round tin can that can be opened up and close, this tin can receives a letter from someone out of nowhere. The guy got curious and he replied back and was able to communicate with the other person. The guy was talking to a boy in the past through the tin can and a few days passed the boy stopped sending him letters, the final letter was meant as a good bye to him since the boy from the past might die. The guy then realizes the one who he is talking too was his bestfriend's "past", his friend set it up so they could meet in the current timeline.

It's a short story about a boy and his plant (not sure if its a bonsai...) this plant started moving on its own and if I remember correctly this plant can take the image of the boy who took care of him but one day the boy went out and a neighbor was testing out his motorbike but crashed into the boy's veranda(?) which the plant resides in. The boy returned home and saw the plant split in half(?), smashed or something along those lines. He immediately tried to revive the plant but it didn't move. One day when he returned home he saw the plant was folding his clothes, runs away and the boy saw a cooked Omurice in his table.
It's a cute story and could have been a potential shounen-ai but alas its not gonna happen T^T

It was an isekai BL. The kid was in his chuuni phase and was protected by a knight. But this was killed and returned back to his real world. After growing up, he got transported back and is now working under a herbalist witch and hiding his identity from the knight that was protecting him.
