It's a manhua so there probably isn't an uncensored version. You can even get jailed in china for writing bl novels so that's why even kisses are censored in manhuas.
Your best bet for finding an unscensored version is that if this has a novel. Chinese BL authors have a very creative way of writing such scenes to avoid censorship. An unscensored manhua version of this, is more likely than not, nonexistent.
I remember reading in the comments a while back, like last year sometime, that there was an uncensored version of a chapter. No idea where they read it, but if it was true, it’s most likely the author’s social media. That’s where they usually post uncensored scenes of their manhuas.
