I think this story was a one-shot, I'm not sure. Two guys live together in the same dorm room and the same wants to get together his roommate, but the other guy doesn't't want to go out with him. Then the guy who I think was the seme keeps bringing in girls to his room that has the same name as the uke.

I remember that there was a bird that was able to bring spring and they fall in love with a traveler who visits his town every year when spring comes. The bird then changes into a human to be closer to him, but gets captured and is forced to sing by a bunch of shady dudes. The traveler rescues him and they decide to travel together.
