The hyung was the one who set puppy up for the fall. It's not the first time, he's done this to other people so that he can pocket the money without issue from either side.
But he's done worse things. He's basically been stealing puppy's wages. Meaning he's the reason why puppy is so malnourished and overworked. He even had the audacity to blame puppy for not selling himself/sex in-exchange for money.
Puppy really loved his hyung because he took him in when his abusive father took the rest of the family and abandoned him (I think puppy was around 4-6 year old).
