Hey chat it's me once again looking for a story that got lost from my lists after that huge glitch!
I don't remember a lot so bare with me lol:
So I THINK it's a manhwa, it's definitely NOT a manga because it was the Webtoon format + color
The uke and seme's dads are besties and the dads wanted to go on a trip together because I believe they both (or maybe only one idk) lost their wife and they were trying to get on a better mind set and kinda get distracted. So seme and his dad drive to the house of uke and his dad and they live in like a secluded part with lots of greenery around. Uke dad and seme dad tell seme to look and take care of uke because he is very weak and has like and "illness" that makes him weak so he doesn't go out in public a lot. Seme says yes and both dads leave for their trip.
Long story short apparently seme always liked uke and uke ends up falling for him too, they do the dirty on the sheets (if you catch my drift) and uke ends up pregnant and they confused because he's a man so they tell the dads and apparently that "illness" was just the ability to bear children (or something like that) uke has the baby and the live happily ever after lol

Seme dresses as a frog and hands out fliers (or gives hugs I don't remember) for his job and the uke and his friends were out and his friends dared uke to get a hug from the frog guy (can't really remember if that's the actual reason but uke does as the frog guy for a hug and he says yes) so uke does hug him and really likes it so he keeps coming back for more hugs. + seme has a birth mark of a Lilly pad
