I dont know, is my english so bad? I dont really understand, Tori-chi is a man or is a woman? They describe him/she like an "Okama" a japanese term for "Cross-dresing" ... so... Is /she/he a man dressed like a woman (Sometimes) , or is she/he a woman dressed like a man? HELP!

    is a man.
(but the MC doesn't seem to notice that is the same person cross-dressed)

He's a man. Urban Dictionary: "Okama" (or "o-kama") is Japanese slang for "gay man", particularly in reference to very effeminate gays. The word can also mean "drag queen."

Can be offensive depending on the context and intent of it's use. E.g. person may proudly call themselves an okama, or someone may bully another using okama to describe someone as girly or a tranny.

Biologically, he's a man but he considers himself a woman. The MC also considers him as not a man.
