I feel like with how drastic a change from black to white his hair will be it'll ruin the way we've known him so far. Ok, so I'm on the side of liking the new art style. I'm definitely going to miss the old one and completely understand why others would drop this bc of how drastic the change is, I was very confused when I saw it too. It's a completely different feel and Yea it's jarring with how drastic of a change it is, but I find it to be very pretty despite the characters not looking like they did previously. It's a different artist, doing a different thing, and that's completely fine especially considering the original artist is struggling health wise right now. I would rather the story continue with the new artist than force the author to postpone their story while their readers, us, debate and complain about the art. Of course I'm not saying we as the consumer don't have a right to complain, I'm saying we should give the new artist grace and understand the circumstances behind the changes.
