It's an original anime so it's not based on manga and there isn't a manga.. maybe they'll make it later tho
Yuri on ice has alot of (untranslated) fan doujins but there is no manga of the anime. It went straight from storyboard/novella to tv

She fall in love for him and seach for him.She find him who live near the sea near a cliff, he is working as a potter, she find out he is a chinese mafia boss. They got married and the serie continue. he has a dragon tatoo and she tatoo herself with two tigers. I don't really remember well but there should be at least 10 episodes. it's an old series and the colors aren''t really good.
