They're both infertile because they ate some abortion cookies when they were children. Sovieshu thought only Navier was infertile and because Rashta got pregnant he thought he must not be infertile however that child isn’t his but Rashta's previous lover who is also the son of her owner.

Navier got pregnant because the bed that they made the baby in had some special magic power or something that enables someone to have children. Not completely taking away her infertility. It's like IVF but on steroids and you actually have to do the deed for it to work
