she constantly harasses him to go out with her, after that she spends her time sexually harassing him and in the end she even ends up raping him, and it's me who's making a narrative in my head ? or is it you who tries at all costs to justify her disgusting acts ?

she never rapes him what in THE WORLD??? u can say she's not been considerate of his feelings at times but there was never any rape its not even dubious as far as consent to having actual sexual contact. the one time she F'd up so only felt him up and then he called her out and it never happened again.
also she's not sexually harassing him by flirting a bit with him or expressing interest. and ultimately he's the one that maintains contact with her after her leg is "broken" yes ofc she lied adn thats bad. she's not a perfect person. but he's not an idiot or a pushover. im p sure he figured out havi was exaggerating at what point and its clear later on that he does feel affection for her but he's not ready to accept a relationship and even after they date a while it takes him time to be open to sex. thats LITERALLY the premise of this comic. him slowly opening up to havi and sex in general and havi learning to slow down and also to listen more. imo this is a very thoughtfully written story but havi being flawed isnt the same as "excusing rape" or assault. like if yall find havi so repulsive then why tf are u even here except to shout out misogynistic nonsense?

first of all what specific incident are u referring to that would require havi to be in jail? and second of all you guys have a VERY surreal view of how sex crimes are prosecuted in any part of the world (let alone SK where this story is set). if u think a guy aggressively flirting with a woman would put him in jail (esp when thats literally depicted in all of our romantic media...) and a guy having sex with his girflriend that she isnt enthused about or openly consenting to what not only not land him in jail it probably wouldnt even get hime any public rebuke either. like like the comic or not but pls lets not lie to ourselves about how reality works. a man doing xyz to a woman is not ever the same as a woman doing xyz to a man as long as patriarchy is a thing that exists. and thats that on that.

so what hapend in chapter 58-59 : YUL said a clear no to her, he even pushed her away violently, havi pretended to agree, she made him believe that it was ok and she waited for him to lower his guard, and she took him by surprise, several times YUL told her to stop during the rape and she ignored him., so yes it was rape in eyes of law.

I'm not here to judge you or anyone who loves stories based on manipulation, sexual aggression, rape, i don't care, and I'm not here to lecture or educate anyone, the only thing that bothers me is the comments of some people who try to pass all this behaviour as flirt/love it's wrong
