Sangwoo isnt gay and cannot be romatically nor sexually attracted to men its stated in the author's note at the end. His attachment to Bum was rooted in the obseesion with his mom who molested him as a child. This is a horror story about violence, rape and abuse. Yoonbum never loved Sangwoo, he stalked and was obsessed with him after he saved him from being raped during military service. He wasnt in love he was mentally ill. Thoughout the story Yoonbum suffers from stockholm syndrom and the suspension bridge effect which made him think he was having consexual sex with Sangwoo when he was infact being raped. These points all equate to the fact that neither Yoonbum nor Sangwoo loved each other, their relationship was only a victim and an abuser.
