Theres alot but for the ending, edith and killion left the capital to manage their own land and didn't inherit his father's postion, reeze still did more sh*t stuff to gain back her protagonist position (which the events already shifted to benefit edith) and alot more but i wont spoil in case more happens
Like million does not inherit the dukedom and edith is on the run from her in-laws and others as she is framed for the kidnapping, then rizziii a lot more phycho for gaining back the attention and edith is more badass
