The hiatus is from the author, the thing here is that ch126 and 127 are already uploaded by the author, but the translation takes time so naturally its late compared to the official That is why the translator is saying that they will try to use the authors hiatus in their and our benifit to try and catch up with ch126 and 127 , so the translation wont be as late anymore
