This is from the novel, so I'm not sure if it will all happen in the manhwa version. I read it on Novelupdates forum. And just copy-pasted it here;

-ML had a rule: " I don't have sex with men even if they were omegas".
-ML used to sleep with alot of women (especially betas).
-When MC left his job after almost getting raped by 3 shitty dominant-alphas (he bit and cut the dick of one of them and ML wanted him to apologize after he told him that omegas are just for sex and that he had to let them play with him), one of ML's sex partner (the bitch who called MC by slut from the webtoon on the boat) had a dog fight with one of ML's previous partner (the one who hit MC with the roses int he webtoon, in the novel she throw a pen in MC's eye) so ML told MC that he wants to be back that when he discovered that MC had a trauma around alphas.
-While living in his house, ML started falling in love or probably discovering his feeling toward MC to the point that he started sleeping less with his partners (2 to 3 hours, when he usually stayed until morning).
-When his rut arrived, he had alot of pheromones accumulate inside his body and he ended up following his animal desires and he slept with MC (the novel has more details and smut than the webtoon).
-After that ML and MC started sleeping with each other until MC saw ML kissing a woman at the airport and he latterly had sex with MC against his will.
-MC broke up with ML so ML retuned to sleeping with women but only for 2 times a week (not enough) and this made his loses control over his pheromones to the point where he needed a new car (dominated-Alpha pheromones can disable all machines), he was unable to stay focused at all and he ended raping MC and made him pregnant.
-MC wanted to run away when ML stated that he will kill the omega who marked him so he hired a gangster through the net to beat and steal the car that ML bought him (he had an accident with his original car and it was badly damaged) but that guy didn't just beat him but also raped him when he passed out.
-During this time ML didn't cheat at all on MC.
-The night that MC run away, was the first ML had sex with someone after being marked.
-ML didn't have sex for a long time even when he was in his rut because he was in love with MC and because he couldn't get hard at all.

Ending of the novel:
Yeonwoo gives birth to the baby after 2 months in the hospital (inhibitors's side affect made his uterus weak, also the almost raping, hunting, kidnapping, assassination, mental stress, a very bad landslide event and more or less Keith (most events are his fault)), he became so thin.
He gets to see the baby about 2 weeks after the birth, he has blue eyes like Keith before demonstrating as a dominated alpha (Yeonwoo thinks it's impossible), Keith propose again to him and Yeonwoo says yes.
Also Keith reveals that he's building a village or very big villa and a road (bought a land and the whole neighborhood forest) and he says to have the marriage there once Yeonwoo becomes better and talks with his family.
Yeonwoo ends the novel saying he's no longer alone.
