It feels weird reading the Special side chapters after finishing Beware of the Villainess years ago. From discovering this manwha, staying all night after saying "just one more chapter," getting excited every updates, and reaching the Finale and the special episodes... and now, we have the special side chapters.
It feels like returning from your home, filled with childhood memories and warmth after such a long period of time being away from it, or like lying on a soft, comforting bed after a veryyy long exhausting hours from work without being able to rest comfortably.
I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A SPECIAL SIDE CHAPTER. I've been reading this story while it was still updating at the time (like when it was around chapter 39 or 50) and since then, I've been an avid fan of Melissa and Nine. I thought they were just uploading every previous chapters again when I first got a notification abt it so I paid it no mind. I only discovered it TODAY when I got curious why it was still popping up from my notification, LO AND BEHOLD! The side chapters are now completed!! Idk what possessed me to scroll every chapters, but THANK GOD, I DID!
And now, I'm going to miss them again :[
You can't call yourself a "good" mother if you have favoritism towards your children and would act terribly towards your other child. I honestly agree with Oscar. Although the MC's father and Selena were forced to marry each other, an adult's scheme isn't for a child to bear. Selena is the worst mother you could ever have. I was really expecting she wouldn't reveal to the Emperor that the Mc is a primera, and I was very disappointed when she still tried to snitch her OWN CHILD and turn a blind eye. I was really freaking hurt by the MC's reaction at that time :<
I really wonder how people like Selena are able to sleep at night and function everyday without feeling sick to their stomach knowing how neglectful and awful they are.
I think there's a lot of plot holes. The story's really good that I've read it in just a day from morning to night, but there are just some things that are not detailed enough for me. Like what happened to that handsome white-haired elf? Like, I expected that he'll have a bit more screen time bcs he kissed the fl. What happened to the woman (who is supposed to win over the throne) in Desset (i forgot the place) because they don't allow magic? Like, did she succeed? Also, they kept mentioning that the duke's evil, but I don't think I've seen his face nor how he fought all throughout the chapters (correct me if I'm wrong). They just kept on mentioning how evil he is and how he tortured the Crown prince at that time, also, Aaron even went far as putting a chain in the Crown prince's heart at that time for the FL, so why did he just let it all go and started acting normally? I would also like to add how the story did not tell what happened to the green-haired guy who was obsessed with the otherworldly girl.
I was so freakin flabbergasted when the plot twist just kept on going that I can't help but rant it out. These male characters are all just obsessed freaks. Like fr. LASTLY, WHY DO THEY MAKE ALL THE SUPPOSEDLY VILLAINS GOOD LOOKING THAT I THOUGHT THEY ARE GOOD Like what a waste :(
I think some of things you mentioned were explained or not that relevant to the main plot line and could be explained in a side story.
First the the whole elf race was eliminated by Kalix’s shadows, and he didn’t kiss her because love but as they explained it’s a form of a blessing to protect/heal Rose, for the dessert princess personally I believe she wasn’t relevant to main plot since what was happening is much bigger than she could handle what they agreed on is Kalix making her an empress then she will support him through a normal struggle to get the throne and if the author decides to expand on her story it’d probably be on a side story, the duke died with the first prince they tried to poison Kalix after/during the emperor funeral, last for the dragon and this is my personal interpretation I don’t think he was in love at least in the romantic sense with Rose he was more like a toddler clinging to his toy, he was bored and lonely and Rose was someone different someone he couldn’t control so it sparked his curiosity did he care about her? Absolutely but as I said he was like toddler he didn’t know how to express his feelings properly so it came in as possessiveness.

HERE ME OUT. This is my first time reading a manhwa like this—A FL AND ML THAT KEPT ON REGRESSING? It feels so chaotic!! It really is so funny and all, but I am certain that I'd drop this because it really feels too chaotic for me. Like, the ML would just see the shadows and now he can finally see their faces, then he wouldn't care berating a ghost even if a stranger is with them, and WHERE DID HE GET ALL THE MONEY FOR THE WEDDING? I think a wedding like that would cost a lot specially the FL's wedding dress and dowry,
AND THEN, THE FL'S CHARACTER TOO and all these happenings.
I really am certain that I'd drop this even if the plot is entertainingly hilarious. UNTIL THEY FREAKING KISSED AND WOULD ABT TO TAKE IT UPSTAIRS!!! WTF. I LOVE HOW THEY SOLVE THEIR MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND HOW THE GHOST SUPPORTS THEM (although I thought they are vengeful spirits, but they appear to be kind too)!!
One of the things I am worried abt is, I get that the ML "fell in love" with someone before he encounter the Fl, but is it really that easy to forget someone you once loved and tried to save hundreds of times?

Overall, the story's pretty good, but some translations are a bit confusing (their names also keep on changing).
Anyway, Bunny is sooo cute!! I also love how the adopted father makes his son feel seen and is not showing bias. For a child like Bunny, Ruri seemed to conditioned her to act like an adult to not expect a lot from adult humans and for the child's safety too. I hope Bunny acts more like a kid her age as the story progress ╥﹏╥
She does look alooot like Nine! I thought i was the only one... I'm super hyped to read it but I'll let it marinate for a year or two(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I just stumbled upon this manhwa out of boredom. At the very first chapters, I thought I'd end up dropping this because it's really not my type of genre (also not really into high school type), but WHAT THE HECK. From chapter 2, I reached chapter 100 REAL QUICK it's just that good, guys. I swear. There wasn't even a boring chapter

Currently on chapter 38. Wtf. That white haired princess bitch is such a pick me. Especially her maid is getting out of her boundaries. Also, who tf does that golden haired priest think he is? I'm currently on Chapter 45 rn, and is it just me or the story is just really going fast? I feel like there are missing chapters even though the chapters are all complete. I was confused from 1st-8th chapter because it wasn't explained how or why the Seme went overseas and came back.
The 1st chap instantly just showed the 2 of them doing it, and after a lot of s3x, uke got pregnant and was away from how many weeks and the seme suddenly barged in telling how he loves the uke?? And now they are in the process of getting married??
I think I'm missing something here. Because all along, it just seemed like he has an obsession from keeping all his things from himself. It didn't actually showed how he got to like or love the uke (do take note that I haven't finished the manhwa yet so I am just sharing my point of view, up until the current chapter I was on, and I am just feeling a little bit confuse, so please do correct me if I'm wrong), and suddenly, he just confessed how he feels?????
