I don't know where else to ask this question but there is a chines novel but its also has a manga (i think its probably webtoon but chinese) where the main characters has a fish that has human legs and arms lol thats the most memorable i dont really remember the plot but i know it was so good and interesting. I would be so grateful if someone can help me ╥﹏╥
You talking about Ponyo? Because that's the only Fish with arms i've heard of. But ut's Japanese and it's an anime(￣∇￣")
