I got this from a comment section : Sunwoos mom had asked him(dohyun) to keep an eye on him. And when the Sunwoo found out, his whole world came crashing down, because he believed dohyun was only with him because of his mom, not because he was truly in love.
wait how did yeon found out it was his mother, why would his mother say that protect my child? i would be mad as well, wait hold on why would dohyun do that with yeon mother and not really love him , that got me confoused thanks for the help, i would love to know the novel chapter to that one.
Do you know what age Taegyeom and yeonwoo were when they started the Military cause chapter 1 was like 20 years old , so it was 16 when they went to the army? Same goes for dohyeon what ages he had Military and college?
