are you using google chrome? well you have to use incognito mode... that's how it works for me
Try clearing the cache or the data, and update your browser first. Tho in my case it didn't work for me bc i still couldnt log in, I was using google chrome before. What I did was I used the default browser of my phone instead then i was able to log in here. I hope this helps (=・ω・=)
