I'm sorry if I came off rude but I didn't read the translator's notice. And I wasn't angry at them either. I just thought the manhwa was abruptly ended without a good conclusion. I loved the story, art as well as the dynamic of this bl, the abrupt ending is what pissed me. I apologize if my comment harmed you in any way.

The duchess is the duke's wife. The duke is the FL's step-son, the duchess is her step- daughter in law. She was married to the former duke in writing but they never met I think. As to why the duke and duchess look alike, i think its just how they are drawn.

in webtoon I'd get why they make people have various colors of hair and eye color to present associating the characters as related, but I guess its just the common color, just like how many of us have the same hair and eye color but unrelated
