Its just so irritating how nobody talks to anyone. She wanted to be a good duchess but she couldnt due to interference from psycho mother. Psycho mother refused to effectively teach the FL anything, and also poisoned her. ML should have noticed literally anything but his little "bwehe she will come running to me if I abandon her in the rain" pissed me off so much. She couldnt talk to you because she felt like absolute scum of the earth. He took away all of the duties she tried so hard to learn. He could've just gotten her better tutors or taught her himself but noooooooooooo just take away any semblance of worth she wanted in her life. Oh and wait, MAYBE COMMUNICATE EVEN ONCE. It really felt good though I feel they could've elaborated on some things. Maybe a side story will, however the brother was barely mentioned, merely an annoyance at the beginning. Wore the flower ornament she saw him buy then... didn't appear again. Also felt like the evil beings could've been anything to the story besides "we talk, we tease, we give a few treats" Also where is the happy evil being who won a bunch of money from her winning?! I'm glad for the empress character development - truly... the weirdest grudge ever but glad she got over it.

I'm really content with how the second prince or the MC speak their true feelings out instead of just hiding them and having them be an inner dialogue.
