In the first few chapters... I thought he was a pedo. Only on chapter 6 right now so. The uncle that is. He too obsessed and the cut out photos do not help his case.

Just to clarify, he probably isn't but I've seen some. Some cases of something odd? So just got creeped out.
I think the uncle is just sick in the head and maybe the cult thing is making it worse. (corruption, hallucinations, trauma?) So he is clinging to memories with mc as a salvation of sorts. Don't think his intentions are sexual in nature, but dunno if it count as emotions incest or not.
how did you come to this conclusion? there was nothing that hinted towards this even a little? it’s painfully obvious why the uncle is so protective over mc. being obsessed might be weird but there has never ever been any signs of sexual or romantic feelings. this is such a weird conclusion to come to.
I know, it's just some mangas manhwas etc made something like that happen. Unfortunately read a few of them that ended with them being pedo. But I read further one, I know he's not.
I'm looking for a manhwa? Some chinese historical cultivation one about some girl that got betrayed by someone she loved, he went and got together with some other woman. Then she died and got into someone else's body. The body being the daughter of some guy who practised medicine.
The body having been drowned and feed poison. By the maid servant because of the body's father having practised medicine on her mother and her. The maid takes the og body's identity. The mc pretends to have amnesia and acts as the maid's servant, acting childishly too to not be suspected.
They go to some other family with like 3 sons or something and the poison made the MC's eyes red, the family thought she was some criminal from the past with red eyes too. Maid defends her identity to keep mc as her servant. The elder of the family is like whoever married maid gets to be the family head or something.
One of the sons is sick. Always has to drink some tunic or something with really good herbs in it and the mc knows this so tried to get the tunic by acting as a child, guy lets her, finds it odd and thinks mc is actually smart as it could help with MC's poison situation.

If you think about it fully. Shouldn't the main concern be the fact that potato is like his nephew?
Cause he's like his 'brothers' illegitimate son? In the aspect of shipping. Even if the brother/enemy isn't biologically related.

I guess brother as in from the same gang. Usually gang members call each other as brothers.
