I swear, I have never been able to hate and love a book so much, not until now.. I hate how expressive it is, and how the writing amplifies the atmosphere… but I so love the tension, the characters, and their complexity. There’s something about it that makes it distinct from every other things that I’ve read, got me back into classical music too… might play the piano again because of its devastating portrayal of art in music

Putting this off for a year now maybe, finally finished it again. All I can say is that this is all about feeling it deeply and beyond conversations.

Is there no spoilers or theories about the painting restoration, reincarnation of the mc a few or many times while the ML seem to always find him in each time hence the “again” when he said falling in love with him? I am a bit and very much confused on what he has to do to break the curse. I am sure of the angst though…

Cant handle reading this right now, I don’t get why people blame hanjun for trying when as he said, all he has is his pride or dignity as a human being, its also his choice to work so he can achieve what he desires to have (as a person that HAS been through this). This is the responsibility that he wants to fulfill and the mL makes me want to urghhh SO bad because why is he so manipulative and annoying and selfish… liking someone is not A TRIVIAL reason at all… I would also literally stop talking to my friend if I were to feel that way, especially since its unhealthy to keep pursuing a relationship that you know wont ever be enough for you.
