From what I can remember the uke gets transported into another persons body (accident?), into a student at a school that the seme works at, the seme is a gym teacher and knew the uke in his past life (I think they went to college together idk) but the kid the uke possesses has a crush on the seme and the uke has to work out how to permentantly return to his normal body, (possibly) he can switch between the two.
