I dont usually hate characters since most of them usually have a good backstory or some of them are just made to be hated, but in this manhwa I keep waiting patiently for the mom's redemption and I think she still wasn't qualified enough to be forgiven just yet, specially now that they revealed that theres more befitting parent for lyrica since the first life. (yes, im feeling bias because lyrica could have that daddy from the start)
for instance except for the mom knowing the future and gaining the emperor's affection, alot of good things that happened is was because of lyrica's nature and actions herself, for me it still more like lyrica was helping her mom more than she was taking care of lyrica
and I still cant accept that she only loved lyrica after lyrica sacrifised herself for her mom?! I think the author should add more depth to that, I hate it. it make it seemed like she was just regretting losing someone loyal to her more than losing her daughter.
srl, I feel bad for the information broker leader, I wish we could see a moment of lyrica and him being fatherly too. I think he deserve to be lyrica's parent more than the two, ofcourse the emperor wasnt that bad but that information broker was there for lyrica since the first life he deserve more
