Bruh I was gonna skip this manga because of some of the comments since I HATE mousy esc female leads but it’s actually not that bad. She is certainly a hopelessly naive noble girl in the beginning but there is a huge turn to the story a dozen chapters in. I feel that the author did a good job building up the female lead to show how greatly she was impacted by said change. Meanwhile for the male lead, I honestly don’t know why people dislike him?? This is no Romeo and Juliet, he aint about to fall for a dumb noble girl at first sight but you do see him change a bit before the big turn (just a little tiny bit). I like how the author took their time building up the characters since a lot of historical mangas just straight up skip the entire downfall of the female lead and just start the story off in her new poor life, or they summarize it in 1-2 pages lol

I'm sorry but, I like smut and I like romance but this story is just unbelievably under developed. Everything feels as if the author added as she was drawing, without even bothering to make the relationship between the two believable. I said to myself that if I didn't like the manga I would just read it for laughs, but I didn't laugh! Like, not once, not even a chuckle. Then there was the sex scene, without any words it just felt obligatory in order for the manga to meet its smut needs. Hell, I have read hentai that had a better story than this story , like not even kidding kiss x sis is better than this (and I HATED Kiss x Sis). It's nice that the story was different than most, it had so much potential but this just felt rushed. Meanwhile the art style was decent, except when it came to the creepy as hell hips and legs on any female character. This feels like something I would have read when I was 11 and didn't have not even one idea on what a good smut romance manga was about, just something I would stumble onto when I was reading things inappropriate for my age in the middle of the night underneath the cover of my bed sheets. Now there are people that actually enjoyed reading this manga, but for me it was just a waste of my time and I finished reading this in less than 20 minutes!!!

I've been following this manga for two years... two years well spent.
