Not an offensive story, just poorly written.
Characters explore and have (light) talk on sexuality. They don't say they're straight despite being in a queer relationship so huge plus from me (gay man sick of gay4u trope). Dynamic is interesting and gimmicky but new and fun.
Downside was that It was poorly written and clearly was made with only 1 volume in mind. The chief's feelings (although I'm happy with the plot of him wanting to think it through and how it was worded as exploring new kinds of romances) was ultimately resolved WAAAAYYY too quickly and they got together WAYYYY too fast. It felt like the genz gimmick came before the actual plot and so from the 3rd chapter onward it started getting too abrupt and inconsistent.
For a solid 15-20 minute read, it brought me a smile so it was aight.
