Just thought it'd be a smutty, intense manwha with a toxic cast and that one good person with sanity that the MC never chooses... But THIS, I stumbled upon greatness and didn't even know it, I need to reread this and truly appreciate this storytelling
1. Midos took revenge because he believed he was abandoned and an abandoned omega out on the streets would be subjected to r*pe, *buse etc. so he wanted Jichan to experience pain equal to or worse than that potential outcome.
2. Jichan was dealing with internal conflict because he enjoy the sexual experiences and had subconscious fantasies about having such sexual experiences with Mido who's supposed to be Pure, innocent and untainted. Therefore, not only did he have to come to terms with the fact that the Mido from his memories and the Mido before him are the same person but his sexual fantasies.
3.Jichan couldn't forgive 'Eugene' but he can forgive 'Mido' because he lived with such guilt all his life and sincerely wished to repent for abandoning Mido.
4. Jichan believes he deserved what happened to him, that he's responsible for Mido turning out this way and because he had impure fantasies about Mido he's is, if not worst than Mido.
This is kinda what I interpreted this far.

I'm pretty sure Mido was getting false information from or manipulated by the blonde guy which is why Mido was under the impression that he was senselessly abandoned and never thought about again like Trash
I binged all the way through, It felt like I was going to fast but that's just the perks of waiting for the chapters before reading. I don't really like the reincarnation aspect but I'm warming up to it .
Conclusion: Every chapter has a point which is why it's nicely paced. You can also easily follow along with the plot. It's a cliche plot but it's so well done
1. Nux had an expiration date which the universe kept
2. Owen tried to stop Nux sudden/ accidental deaths which lead to his confinement in an environment where the possibility of his dying due to unexpected circumstances were pretty much 0
3. Nux killed himself either from suicide or rage because he was confined.
4. Owen changes with the past erased Nux existence from Owen's favorite timeline (Assuming the first timeline where he meet Nux)
5. Anymore changes to the past will probably ripple across other timelines and delete Nux existence so Owen isn't going back for now (Until Nux dies again??)

4. They failed so many times stopping him from getting pissed off... And failed
Maybe main Owen believes he is the trigger for Nux’s anger. So by not going back in time/being with him he is keeping him alive.
