Non-officials tend to confuse me so I don't mind waiting a few weeks longer for quality. Not mention a lot of works are simultaneous releases where they're released in Korean and English at the same time.
I don't know why you think that somehow an official uploader makes things take longer, especially in this case where the third season hasn't been released in any language yet. Sounds more like there's some kind of beef going on.
In my experience some translators who are bilingual are good! But others are just straight up using AI instead of having any knowledge of the language so there's a lot of mistranslations.
I think some people just have zero patience. I'm fine with both being uploaded, it only becomes a problem if the two uploaders are fighting or people are trying to start shit between them for no reason.
