manga first! anime miss out on details sometimes so it’s good to know details

it depends.
sometimes the anime is better than the manga and reverse.
i personally watch the anime first for shoujo/romance/action/fantasy ones :)
4example yona of the dawn has an amazing anime following the original manga plot but it only covers a few chapters of its manga. both anime and manga are amazing.

for my hero academia...i prefer the anime because you can see the action happening before u r eyes but i also follow the manga.

Tokyo ghoul...i prefer the manga over its anime. the anime was shallow imo.

some anime series cover the whole thing. some have different plots than their original manga.

it all depends on your taste(⌒▽⌒)
