For this of you who are confused on what's happening: this is an alternative reality that Takinaga experienced. One where he was closer to Waka and did live with her. And for one reason or another the god inside Waka decided decided to set its sights on him and (maybe) seemed to have given him some power after dying in this reality? Clearly it wanted something else though and wasn't successful in whatever it wanted. Anyways, this is basically the story of how Takinaga started his whole time travel, reality warping (idk what it is) story and why he's been trying to change the outcome of what happens with Waka. I think. Idk its been a while, feel free to correct or add on to my explanation lol.

Not even cuz of the violence or horror since that much was a given, but the pacing is bad. And so is pretty much any female character interaction. Like this author has seriously done an incredible job of dwindling down every girl in this story to 'sad innocent damsel gets raped or sexually assaulted'.
Then they come back around with a half assed romance sub plot? Like bruh.
I don't see literally anyway that mc would have the mind space or time for that.
I gave this manga the benefit of the doubt and read it through but damn.
At this point my favorite character is the grandpa only cuz he hasn't been shoved into some bastardized trope corner.
The revenge story is good but the writing is bad straight up.
