No, she killed herself so her son could get her heart. It’s normal for parents to kiss babies and toddlers on the lips, but some cultures continue to do it into adulthood. My grandma kisses all family and friends on the lips. I don’t think anything strange was meant by it, just a sign of familial love.
I wish I got to enjoy the romance a little bit more instead of seeing the message play out- Maybe like a little more drama or something? But this was insannneelyyy cute, definitely a must read. Everything about the ending was so satisfying.
