I don't exactly remember what the whole manwha was about but I'll try to explain this as accurately as possible since all that I'm able to remember is one scene.
If I remember correctly, the couple might've been actors/models?
- the bottom and the top doesn't get along at the start of the story but the top is trying to have his way with the bottom
- there's another dude who's trying to steal the bottom's heart
- the bottom goes to their work building after hours because he was called by the manager (not sure) to go to the building and sees the other dude who's trying to steal him getting fucked by their manager
- he gets super shocked and tries to explain while the manager continues to fuck into him while staring at the bottom who walked in
- bottom doesn't care and just stares nonchalantly and walks out after speaking with the manager
- after he left the building he meets the top outside and even though they had bad blood they rode the same drive home

I found it ! my explanation was heavily inaccurate, turns out that infidelity plays a huge part in the manwha. Bottom has a relationship with 'guy who's trying to steal his heart' but he was very abusive towards the bottom and the bottom ends up having sex with the top.
- both top and bottom actually gets along well and the bottom's partner doesn't like that
- bottom's partner is actually cheating on him and said partner actually prefers being a bottom but he just likes controlling the bottom
- the top walks into the partner getting fucked by someone instead of the bottom walking in on them
- they are all actors so at least that was accurate
