Please remember that Nathan got his heart stomped on he doesn’t know the full story he only knows that the guy he thought had mutual feelings for him just ended things in the meanest way possible when he simply asked for honesty. I get that you’re feeling maternal towards the mc but let’s not forget that he said some hurtful things and also did not communicate what happened.
