The audacity Jurion has is insane. He didnt even know Jiyoung to the point of love. At most he liked her but it evolved to wanting to possess her cuz of Jiwoo.
I do think it a very wise choice for Guestella to hid the fact she knows who did it. It would trigger everyone and Kayden is in no shape to fight as he just took on and defeated a top 10 ranker(i forgot his name). I do hope the grandpa takes responsibility to get Jisuk back from Jurion. He seemed unaware of what his grandson is doing since he seemed like straightforward man thru his interactions with Kayden and Jiwoo. Worst outcome, Guestella can and I hope take on the grandpa. (^_^;)
Also she looked so good in that panel!
I get Jisuk has always been competitive and has been considered a very strong awaken for his age group but I don't think the author should have them drift apart rn. It would definitely go against the whole plot.
It is obvious that Jiwoo would be in a whole different category than them since he has Kayden(top10), Kartein(top50), Pluton(top50), Guestella(top10), and even Mr.School President(former#1ofKorea) train/advice him at some point. On top of Jiwoo having insane talent to pick things up quickly which is very uncommon since it can take years to be able to pick up a skill.
Overall, I hope in the next chapter Jiyoung can give Jisuk a bit of perspective and tell him he is already doing amazing in comparison to other ppl his age. The prime example would be the evil Baekdu grandpa pointing out on why Jisuk and the others are stronger than normal. Another would be at the world academy where Jisuk and the others where able to hold their own against the top10 of the students. Although, realistically he is going to take a bit longer to reach where Jiwoo is currently at and to not let his ego/pride get in the way of their friendship. (・_・;)
I think you are right about almost everything, but one thing you are probably missing out on is that the individuals in this story/world are superhumans with Egos and Ego is not always a bad thing, cause people tend to confuse ego with arrogance. Jisuk's Ego took a hit in that last sparring with Jiwoo, taking Jiwoo's statement to Gestella that he needs to fend for himself in order to not let down Kayden and also to not become a burden of sorts(cause he was not strong enough to save himself or others he love and care for), similarly Jisuk who already has a strong Sister who is Top50, he must have been always compared to her yet he knows she began the journey long before him and trained harder (due to time gap between them awakening to their powers). But on the contrary Jiwoo who awakened later, but trained harder and became stronger is gonna play a role of Catalyst for Jisuk's growth, so I won't say it's wrong for him to need that space and time to analyse where he lacked or didn't give enough. It's not Jiwoo's fault to have gotten force control lessons from all those strong people, Jisuk could have it all work out in his advantage as well especially cause he was the part of the world long before Jiwoo even knew about it. Simply speaking the difference between the two is that Jiwoo approached everything with a mindset of Curiosity and Flexibility in perception whereas the advantage that Jisuk had as being part of that world long before Jiwoo is also a disadvantage cause he had a limiting mindset and was scared to go beyond his perceived limitations untill he met Jiwoo. So the catalyst of them having a huge gap in their abilities will only help Jisuk to grow further. And knowing him it's not gonna be out sheer arrogance like others in top 100 or top 50 or even the direct disciples of top10, it will be only out the Ego as a awakened to stronger to fend for oneself without burdening others and also to walk at the same pace as his dear friends Jiwoo and others. So that Jiwoo can also rely on him as much as he can rely on Jiwoo right now.(▰˘◡˘▰)

Is this based on a novel? I need more chapters. Waiting for a new chapter feels eternal (ToT)
