Mmm that's a cover of Honey Milk digital magazine, drawn by Yoneda Kou (im hella sure thats her art) Anw, I don't think it's a series considering Yoneda wasn't part of the authors list of that volume, but take this with a grain of salt. You can probably find more info if you search up honey milk.

Yup, here’s a preview of each chapter and there are only 4 authors in the Honey Milk Mag vol.2 release. The cover guy doesn’t look like any characters in it, but the style matches that of the first author Kei ICHIKAWA.
