The story keeps being released using the magazine Sheri Plus as "Dysfunctional Family Theory: Second Phase!". I completly missed this and was also a bit disappointed with the ending, but found out about it yesterday hehehe

Like I said its getting released unter the "New" title in that magazine. There's no official English translation yet announced for the continuation and I don't think there's a current unofficial translation either, but the story does go on. No clue at which chapter its at yet, but the artist did post about it on Twitter.
