read up to chapter 40, it only got worse, never better , nothing to relive your heart ... it's truly agonizing

I read the novel, it's stopped at chapter 55. For some reason it's marked as complete, but if you read it yourself, you'll know that it's nowhere near complete.☹ And to answer your question: NO. That stoopid fiance doesn't get his divine retribution, nor does the lil sister. I think they could've gotten theirs if the author hadn't "finish" the story as they did. I'm still a little salty with the way it ends. Hopefully the manga adaptation fixes this.

Nope. That's why I said it should not end at chapter 55. Actually the novel is divided into several arcs and chapter 55 is only the 2nd or 3rd chapter of this new arc. And this new arc is supposed to be where our FL stops caring for all those shitty people and devotes herself for Crow. Because the chapter ended with "I'll look for Crow and I vow to love Crow for the rest of my life" or something like that (sorry, can't remember the exact words). But after so long there's no update and suddenly marked complete. However, please note that this is only my theory that it should not end the way it did; the author hadn't post anything about this novel after that last chapter (I read they are working on a new one already). So sorry to disappoint you

I totally agree, we should be focusing on making our society a safer place rather than focusing on strengthening the potential victims. If we make our society a safer and smarter environment, then there won’t be much potential victims to worry about
