they are in a war between the demons of the underworld because of the white-haired guy, and the ones that attacked and shot a bullet into Cain's heart. Cain was like one of the gods of the underworld, the white-haired guy was like his right hand and he trusted him to find the doctor to help him with the bullet that is on his heart, but ended up betraying him because he's too weak to become a master.

I think Cain wants to be far away from his door because he knew that his body is too weak to be with him cos u know, He's a God/Demon.
