Beginning is Jungcheols dream sequence induced my drugs making think he killed Minyoung. The dream is basically a bunch of symbolism to show how reliant Cheol is on MY and how he can’t live without him even if he’s manipulative and he’s terrified of abandonment by the only person who’s ever shown him love. This leads him to regret leaving MY in the past. When he wakes up the doctor treats MY wrist that he hurt attacking Junghee (Cheols brother) and Cheol and MY make up because Cheols dream made him scared of losing MY so he promises to stay even if he did something awful (like killing his brother, but it’s left ambiguous if he actually did it). It’s hard to understand cause the bad ai translation but when the officials come out read those and hopefully it’ll be clearer
