You'll need to ween yourself or just go cold turkey from it. It may be difficult since for some people it's an undetected addiction and escape. But if you have the will power you can do it. Fill the void with other forms of entertainment like reading or other hobbies. Personally I'd recommend that you simply spend less time of your day on it. Force yourself to acknowledge how much time you're spending on the website and consciously control it. Limit yourself to an hour, then just thirty minutes a day until it becomes only ever so often. Then you'll get used to the new change and you can go about without it or whatever limit you desire.
I've been a fujoshi for 5 years :D and I don't wanna stop till i get married. If you want to stop then find your own passion that exclude Yaoi things. (￣∇￣")
I've been one for 12 years.......I took a break from Manga completely for a few years when I was focusing on graduating. You should shift hobbies. avert your free time usuals to something else.

Yeah it's kinda weird. lol I'm not too old to begin with--and my second boyfriend thinks I'm weird lol. You can definitely do it though =) When you switch hobbies, it will gradually go away.

When you have OTHER hobbies lol like legit many hobbies. Also, I started working and hanging out with friends more lol.
