tbh if my boyfriend punted me in the head with a coffee id say some fucked up shit too lol

The thing is he didn’t just say shit, he beated till he bled. Skylar gotta sort his trauma out or at least open up one day when he’s ready so Cirrus knows and will be careful

i get you and im not saying what skylar did was right, but when your boyfriend is OTT possessively obsessed with you and grabbing you and manipulating your friendships behind your back when you also have previous experiences with being manipulated and severe anxiety about people finding out about being outed - which hes verbally expressed and cirrus has ignored multiple times - ur reaction isn't gonna be normal either. end of the day both of them are every damaged and fucked up people and they probably shouldn't be dating each other but its manwha why are we shocked

Still resorting to violence till your partner bleeds is never right unless he did the same to you (not saying you said that). Either way, Skylar didn’t help Cirrus feel loved and worsened it by calling him a second choice and how he likes Chan-il.

Skylar knows Cirrus’s trauma so it’s also expected Cirrus would be insecure etc. But I’m also not justifying Cirrus’s actions, he’s definitely possessive and insecure.

The day Skylar opens up to Cirrus would be the day things get better. It’s not fair that only Cirrus has been expressing himself and opening up but I get that Skylar prob needs time still.

im ngl violence is violence and cirrus throwing things at skylar is still violence and i dont think that's something that can be overlooked either. just because skylar didn't bleed doesn't mean cirrus didn't do something violent either.

both are in the wrong imo, i dont think either of them should fully take the blame and i understand many people are feeling extremely protective over cirrus rn because of the recent reveal of the abuse he endured as a child which is understandable. but i also feel like people are mass hating on skylar for not being the first one to open up, but its a story and of course one of them will be last one to open up narratively-wise. their trauma is completely different and has had entirely different outcomes.

I’m sorry but comparing throwing a can vs making someone bleed is not the same. There’s a limit, bleeding— go to the hospital/get treatment. Got thrown a fan at but no injuries— give the other person a smack or two. But regardless of the comparison, both are wrong on the same level.

It just makes Skylar more shitty cause he KNOWS Cirrus has trauma with physical stuff. Cirrus also triggered his trauma unknowingly, but yes they are both wrong regardless.

I wouldn’t mind if Skylar gave him a smack or two but to the point of bleeding is not excusable or comparable. Both of them are to blame but their trauma is the biggest problem.

People are mainly hating on Skylar for the violence. And there are also some who called out Cirrus throwing a cab at him out of jealousy. When it comes to violence, Skylar is the worst. When it comes to insecurity, I feel that Cirrus is the worst. As you said, both have different traumas so they’ll react differently.

I honestly find it surprising that Cirrus isn’t more violent than Skylar considering he was hit as a child, he likes to manipulate more.

and again, i didn't say that what skylar did was correct and i didnt say that what cirrus did was worse than what skyar did. i just said that both of them are being violent towards each other and their relationship is unhealthy. BOTH of them are in the wrong in different ways. this isn't a trauma competition.
