I don't really like the omega's point of view like get so fucking sense and have some dignity, learn from your pasts mistakes and decide if you want to have the baby or not. But for the love of god leave that alpha alone it's so wrong to have someone marrying you just because he got you pregnant and the alpha can take responsibility of the child without needing to marry the omega. （￣へ￣）
At this point I feel like the MC only wants the child because he wants the alpha to be with him. I hope that if he makes the decision to have the baby is because he developes feelings for the baby and to go away somewhere far from the alpha who only gives him anxiety.
