As far as reproducing goes, I've only ever seen male or female alpha x male or female omega, male beta x male or female omega, female beta x male or female alpha, and alpha female x alpha male. Never male alpha x male alpha. I didn't know that was a thing. Even stories that I've seen with one of the people thinks there secondary gender is one thing but it's actually another thing or they suddenly become another secondary gender due to whatever reason is convenient for the story.
